We're Andrée and Rashad, founders of RYZE , and we're here for a very simple reason: we want to feel amazing every single day. To wake up excited, purposeful, and ready to tackle whatever life throws us. We want to feel this way, and we want you to feel this way, too. The idea for RYZE sparked years ago when we were undergrads at Harvard. In those days, we were stressed and not treating our bodies or minds well, and hand-in-hand with that went our heavy coffee consumption. As we got older, this habit continued into our professional careers, and our mornings were as good as gone. We'd wake up feeling tired and unexcited, a bit dead inside, and needing another (and another) cup of coffee just to get us to the end of the day. Soon we started thinking about how we could turn this around. In our search, we stumbled upon the amazing power of medicinal mushrooms. We mixed them into our coffee and experimented endlessly. Soon we landed on the daily ritual that made us feel better, think better, and do better. Success begins each morning. RYZE is here to open that door for you. Welcome to your new morning ritual.

Can't contact anyone by phone or emails. And I would like to stop any orders from this point on.

This must be a scam because no one answers the phone or emails . I'll have to go to my bank to stop them from taking money's and send me more ryze I suggest every on that didn't sign up for a monthly delivery do the same before they hit you account again.

Very poor service. Want to cancel but to no avail. Worst customer service ever!!

I love the product!!!

Please dont send any more refills unless I give you permission Another order showed up at my door Without my approval or taking into my consideration that I had requested said itemThis Was a one time order ! I will notify you when Im out of this product.

Cancel my subscription at this time. Im returning your product . Dont take it upon yourself to make decisions for me!! Or my finances.

Thats why I ordered as many as I did on the first request. Close this subscription now have a great day today.

User's recommendation: Unless the customer requests it, don’t send it without their permission, you don’t know their financial situation. I ordered what I wanted at my first request, I’m on a budget, like this product after tasting it through a family member. All I ask is respect other people’s opinion before you reply. I also hate the fact that you have to respond through a text or email and not answer to a live person when trying to resolve issues..

Cancel the items ruse coffee I’m allergic to it

Im allergic with it when I drink my face is swollen and Im itchy you ask for pictures I dont take no pictures because I use it only second time I dont it anymore after the second time

Answer your phone and when someone asks for their order to be canceled you need to cancel it dont keep sending it they are making you pay for something that you dont want anymore

Money taken out of my account without permission.

I ordered ryze to try it and a month later automatically took money out of my account without permission. Be cautious with ryze.

The product is good but the underhanded charging without permission is crooked.

I'm trying to resolve this issue right now. If resolved happily, I will return and update my review.

Do what I asked over s month ago and that was to stop sending the coffee and cancel my subscription. One bag is enough for one month but youre sending me 3 bags each month!

I have enough to last the rest of the year now! So STOP!!!
