I've cancelled my order and you are still sending it and taking my cash
- The subscription was cancelled, but charges continue.
- Only one pack was ordered, but shipments continued and a refund is requested.
I feel betrayed because I cancelled my subscriptioñ and y'all is still taking my money and I would appreciate if you return it.i didn't order nothing but one pack y'all took it upon y'all selves to keep sending me the coffee and I don't want it and I didn't ask for it , I need My money back.thankyou

- Cancellation was made online over 2 months ago, but deliveries are still arriving.
- The sister has dementia and cannot afford ongoing deliveries.
Im trying to cancel a subscription for my sister who was diagnosed with dementia. I canceled it online over 2 months ago and she is still getting it delivered. She doesnt have the money so I need to stop it immediately

Package was delivered to wrong address
