We're Andrée and Rashad, founders of RYZE , and we're here for a very simple reason: we want to feel amazing every single day. To wake up excited, purposeful, and ready to tackle whatever life throws us. We want to feel this way, and we want you to feel this way, too. The idea for RYZE sparked years ago when we were undergrads at Harvard. In those days, we were stressed and not treating our bodies or minds well, and hand-in-hand with that went our heavy coffee consumption. As we got older, this habit continued into our professional careers, and our mornings were as good as gone. We'd wake up feeling tired and unexcited, a bit dead inside, and needing another (and another) cup of coffee just to get us to the end of the day. Soon we started thinking about how we could turn this around. In our search, we stumbled upon the amazing power of medicinal mushrooms. We mixed them into our coffee and experimented endlessly. Soon we landed on the daily ritual that made us feel better, think better, and do better. Success begins each morning. RYZE is here to open that door for you. Welcome to your new morning ritual.

I would like to cancel my subscription. I do not like your product and I tried canceling several times. I need a refund for my last order.

If you haven’t already, we’d recommend trying it blended into a smoothie or even with a splash of oat or almond milk. Some customers find it works best that way! That said, we totally understand it’s not for everyone.

Cancel my subscription that I didn’t even know I had I want my money back

Well, the coffee doesnt do what it says its supposed to do I just do not like the coffee and it doesnt work the way its supposed to. I dont see any good effects on it so far.

I was on Instagram and I ran across a ad that was selling the product. I purchased the product before looking at the information where it was to be sent that on the product. It does not have my correct address and I need to put the correct address I just did it maybe an hour ago

The worst customer service in the biggest scam I've ever seen

When I first ordered this several months ago I saw that I accidentally placed two orders before I even left their website I went to their email Alex everybody superfood.com to let them know that I accidentally placed two orders and that I did not want to orders not only did they not cancel that they charged me for $202 again the next month so I wrote them on April 3rd and told them to cancel everything and here we are in May and they charged me again after I threatened to sue them and go to the media I finally get a text message saying I'm canceled but when they charged me today they said welcome back so let me tell you what I can guarantee they took another $202 out of my account at this point if I don't get all my money back and that includes April and May I will go to the media I will go to a law firm I will file for class action lawsuit against this company and involve everybody else that I see has had the same problem I saw $472 reviews that say the exact same thing that I'm saying that they keep charging you you can not cancel and they take months and months of your money before they even respond to you this is the worst company I've ever dealt with customer service is horrible their product is great but the service is horrible I want my money back I want all of it back I canceled 3 months ago and you have continued to charge my card and to you have maxed out my credit cards no can do I will sue you and I will find everybody else that will participate in the lawsuit and from what I can see there's a lot of people worst company customer service I've ever seen and I'm in my 50s I worked in marketing for 35 years this is what I do and I will say at this moment do not order this product unless you plan on never canceling because they will not cancel it they will keep taking your money
