Need to stop taking people money out of their accounts just because you can cause you have their information. This is not fair.
Know its a lot is scammers around, but never thought RYZE will be one of them. Im very disappointed.
Did not order another bag
I ordered one bag with the idea to just try it and all of a sudden another bag showed up so I would like that last order canceled and refunded and I dont want to order anymore. I dont like the way it taste and it wasnt doing anything for me.

I am unable to get to a human being in order to cancel my subscription. I texted Alex and he provided me with a link within the text message in order to access my account.
When I clicked on that link and asked me to enter my email address.
I entered my email address of record and the website kickback that they were not able to locate an account associated with that email. I am unable to access my account in order to cancel this subscription and I wish to have the subscription canceled and nobody will help me get this resolved.

Your customer service sucks
I want to cancel my subscription. I have been trying.
I get nowhere you either cancel me.
I go to the news. I go to my congressman and my senator and I turned you into the Better Business Bureau in my state and in Massachusetts.
User's recommendation: Don’t order this because you’ll never be able to cancel it. I’ve been trying for months and nobody talks to you. You can’t call anybody and you know if they do emails, but they say oh yes, and then it never happened. Beware of this company.
Can’t ever get a hold of anybody
You cant contact him I wanna cancel my subscription because it comes too fast. Nobody can talk to me and I cant cancel *** customer service.

Charged a product coffee on my account that was not authorized by me and I have reported it to my bank. I don’t ever want your product again.
Do not deduct from my my account again and refund me my money back to my account. This is the main reason I do not like on line orders.
Not send people coffee that they did not ask for. I as for the first one and I was enjoying it, But *** me off for taking money out of my account that I did not ask you to do.

Hard to get to speak to a person. Had to text or email. Do not recommend unless absolutely necessary.
My coffee was delivered to the wrong address. The picture shown is not my apartment building. It is the street directly behind me.
