We're Andrée and Rashad, founders of RYZE , and we're here for a very simple reason: we want to feel amazing every single day. To wake up excited, purposeful, and ready to tackle whatever life throws us. We want to feel this way, and we want you to feel this way, too. The idea for RYZE sparked years ago when we were undergrads at Harvard. In those days, we were stressed and not treating our bodies or minds well, and hand-in-hand with that went our heavy coffee consumption. As we got older, this habit continued into our professional careers, and our mornings were as good as gone. We'd wake up feeling tired and unexcited, a bit dead inside, and needing another (and another) cup of coffee just to get us to the end of the day. Soon we started thinking about how we could turn this around. In our search, we stumbled upon the amazing power of medicinal mushrooms. We mixed them into our coffee and experimented endlessly. Soon we landed on the daily ritual that made us feel better, think better, and do better. Success begins each morning. RYZE is here to open that door for you. Welcome to your new morning ritual.

Do not pay attention to the customer

I have had an issue, dont know if it would be called an allergy, with regular mushrooms like in Cream of Mushroom soup. I tried Ryze hoping because the advertised benefits that my body could tolerate it.

Unfortunately that was not the case. I contacted them and told them no response. Then I receive the second shipment. So I contacted them again asking for a return label.

Nothing. Next thing I see they are preparing another shipment. I contact them again. No response.

Now I receive a message that a third shipment is on the way. I guess I will contact my bank and have them return the money to my account and block any further purchases.

Placed a order and have a situation

I don't know what is going on with RYZE I PUT A ORDER IN AND PUT INFO IN TO PLACE ORDER THEN IT SAID IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH THEN I CAME OUT CALL ED BANK. AND THEY SAID IT SHOULD HAVE WENT THROUGH THEN WENT BACK TO SITE IT SAID I MADE A ORDER FOR A HIGHER PRICE I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON BUT I INFORMED MY BANK

Continued charging after cancellation

Difficult to cancel subscription.

Initially cancelled. Two months later, account was charged, another order occurred.

No active subscription. Disputing through credit card company

To get refund and cancel any future order. Y’all need to stop taking people money. This is not good at all. You will be reported for show.

Y'all took my money even thought I ask you all not to do so. This is not good at all.

Need to stop taking people money out of their accounts just because you can cause you have their information. This is not fair.

Know its a lot is scammers around, but never thought RYZE will be one of them. Im very disappointed.

Cancel subscription

I am unable to get to a human being in order to cancel my subscription. I texted Alex and he provided me with a link within the text message in order to access my account.

When I clicked on that link and asked me to enter my email address.

I entered my email address of record and the website kickback that they were not able to locate an account associated with that email. I am unable to access my account in order to cancel this subscription and I wish to have the subscription canceled and nobody will help me get this resolved.
