We're Andrée and Rashad, founders of RYZE , and we're here for a very simple reason: we want to feel amazing every single day. To wake up excited, purposeful, and ready to tackle whatever life throws us. We want to feel this way, and we want you to feel this way, too. The idea for RYZE sparked years ago when we were undergrads at Harvard. In those days, we were stressed and not treating our bodies or minds well, and hand-in-hand with that went our heavy coffee consumption. As we got older, this habit continued into our professional careers, and our mornings were as good as gone. We'd wake up feeling tired and unexcited, a bit dead inside, and needing another (and another) cup of coffee just to get us to the end of the day. Soon we started thinking about how we could turn this around. In our search, we stumbled upon the amazing power of medicinal mushrooms. We mixed them into our coffee and experimented endlessly. Soon we landed on the daily ritual that made us feel better, think better, and do better. Success begins each morning. RYZE is here to open that door for you. Welcome to your new morning ritual.

I would appreciate if you take me off of your Refill list because I did not consent to it. I am not interested in continuing with you all because of the way that you do business.

No realice ningún pedido del producto quiero reintegro del dinero

No he realizado ninguna compra hasta el día de hoy puedo ver el descuento en mi tarjeta ya q entes aparecía en proceso resulta q me comunico por email y me dicen q es recompra automática si ya no estoy en el mismo domicilio por eso cancele la anterior compra y se me reembolsó el dinero no me van a solucionar nada entonces

Ryle keeps on sending me more and I dont want nor like it. And I didnt request for more.

I need my money back to my credit card as soon possible. I called the customer service and they didnt answer.

Too many problems just stopping from sending me more coffee and charging money to my credit card. It is frustrating

After looking into your account, it appears that the auto-ship option was selected when you first ordered, possibly by accident. We want to reassure you that we never charge or ship products without authorization, and that’s why we also send a reminder email before each recurring order, like the one we sent on June 20th, to double-check with you first.

Sending out another order that I didn't order.

I don't think that you should just take it upon yourself to send out another order to someone without them knowingly knowing that you're going to be doing that, I don't like it when someone goes into my account and just take my money without my permission. I don't have you guys set up on any kind of budget plan within my home that your mom that you're just going to be going in taking my money from.

So what you can do better is to always make sure that your customers know what they're getting into before they sign on the dotted line. Because when I see this I don't take things as legit and not being able to speak to a person, not a robot. A person is another thing that I don't like about a company. My money was it's not a robot but you went in and took it and I'm not a robot.

I don't like to be treated as such. I'm a human.

This is what's going wrong with this damn whole country. Everybody think that everybody is a damn robot and I'm not.

It changed my whole bottles up did not work for me and I did not see any resource as far as weight loss or anything else stomach shrinkage or anything

Want to cancel it. Over charge and did not sign up for every month

I never signed up for it every month. It's more money then I paid the first time.

I don't like it. It's gross.

I called and they or you hung up on me. I want out of this!

Need to adjust price.

I just want to ask one question about my monthly subscription. The telephone number that I received was incorrect!

I'm very frustrated about to telephone number and their ability to call you guys! If I'm not called within a couple days I'm going to drop my subscription, even though I like the product!
