We're Andrée and Rashad, founders of RYZE , and we're here for a very simple reason: we want to feel amazing every single day. To wake up excited, purposeful, and ready to tackle whatever life throws us. We want to feel this way, and we want you to feel this way, too. The idea for RYZE sparked years ago when we were undergrads at Harvard. In those days, we were stressed and not treating our bodies or minds well, and hand-in-hand with that went our heavy coffee consumption. As we got older, this habit continued into our professional careers, and our mornings were as good as gone. We'd wake up feeling tired and unexcited, a bit dead inside, and needing another (and another) cup of coffee just to get us to the end of the day. Soon we started thinking about how we could turn this around. In our search, we stumbled upon the amazing power of medicinal mushrooms. We mixed them into our coffee and experimented endlessly. Soon we landed on the daily ritual that made us feel better, think better, and do better. Success begins each morning. RYZE is here to open that door for you. Welcome to your new morning ritual.

Customer service is atrocious. Averi their bot is dumb and they say Alex the trusty receptionist will follow through but it took two months.

At one time, I had an account, and somehow I got it canceled. But then I started getting Creamer, which I don't use and never ordered.

Every month, I was charged. Averi, their bot, said Alex would get in touch with me. He didn't until finally today, when I threatened to report them and also the Better Business Bureau, although if they are not listed with them, then you can't do anything. Stay away from this company.

The first time, I didn't pick a subscription and still got coffee. I hated the taste, but I only picked ship once.

I do not like the taste of the coffee it irritates my stomach. I have given it all away from the very first order.

Cancel my subscription . The coffee was falsely advertised in my opinion.

The taste was never satisfying to me and make me nauseated and my stomach was irritated. No one in my home like it after the first cup either, so please stop charging my account, the cancellation process is much to difficult for the 21st century

There is no way to talk to a human being. Ive tried to cancel my subscription via email and they continue to send me product and charge me

I am having trouble ending my subscription

I did not feel any effect of the product.It's very expensive and it's very difficult to cancel the subscription when you're ready.Very hard to talk to human life form very difficult to get a hold of anybody for any reason.Not happy at all

Preferred solution: To have my subscription canceled for once. And for all and not receive any more product. And I don't want to be charged for any more product

They sent me a package. I canceled weeks ago

Two months now they have been sending product after I canceled, and charging me. I have tried to reach them several times and have gotten nowhere!

They are sending and charging me for a product I cancelled last month. Their customer service is very difficult to deal with , not to mention time consuming! This is very disappointing and annoying to say the least

Totally disappointed

Unfortunately! You are not available on a land line when needed.

Your product is good , but not good enough to not have a person to reach out to??? I've tried many many times ..,I'm I truly frustrated and can't believe no one cares about my question or concerns???

Can't !So with this said.

I am disappointed and discontinuing my service with RYZE... already let my credit card know., no more charges!!!

And. that you charged after our -agreement 3 months ago..., And I will be sending your product back for full refund to my credit card account!!!

Sleep well .., maybe you should do better with customer service than just mushrooms
