We're Andrée and Rashad, founders of RYZE , and we're here for a very simple reason: we want to feel amazing every single day. To wake up excited, purposeful, and ready to tackle whatever life throws us. We want to feel this way, and we want you to feel this way, too. The idea for RYZE sparked years ago when we were undergrads at Harvard. In those days, we were stressed and not treating our bodies or minds well, and hand-in-hand with that went our heavy coffee consumption. As we got older, this habit continued into our professional careers, and our mornings were as good as gone. We'd wake up feeling tired and unexcited, a bit dead inside, and needing another (and another) cup of coffee just to get us to the end of the day. Soon we started thinking about how we could turn this around. In our search, we stumbled upon the amazing power of medicinal mushrooms. We mixed them into our coffee and experimented endlessly. Soon we landed on the daily ritual that made us feel better, think better, and do better. Success begins each morning. RYZE is here to open that door for you. Welcome to your new morning ritual.

Hi Billye, we're so sorry for the frustration this has caused! We completely understand how upsetting it can be to see a charge you weren’t expecting, especially when you haven’t even finished your first bag.
You actually signed up for our auto-ship with your initial purchase, but we understand now that you only intended to place a one-time order. We do include disclaimers about this on our site and send reminder emails before processing new orders, but we do take full responsibility for your experience and want to make this right with you.

Cancel subscription

Cant get to a real person and my cancellation request have been ignore

I do not want the product any longer and its taking forever and Im not getting any confirmations of my orders being canceled

Hard website to maneuver and get anything done or any replies

It looks like you were signed up for our auto-ship program when you first ordered, but we understand now that this probably wasn’t your intention.
We do have disclaimers on our site and send reminder emails before each order to give folks a heads-up and a chance to make any changes.

Charged my card without permission ! I gave no authorization to use my card . This will cause me to NEVER EVER USE YOUR AITE BECAUSE ITS NOT A TRUSTED SITE

I am pissed because they charged for something I didn't order

Not to place an order with out permition. So please return my money to my account. Because I didn't order anything from Ryze coffee .

I put in all the information you needed for me to get your product my credit card number my address my name, my email and then when it was time to submit payment, it went back to where I started from so I need to know did it go through or did it not go through and if you got my information, cancel the order because it was complicated. I order the first one I didnt like your product. You keep sending and sending without my authorization.

I travel for work it was send to my Uncle address. When I got back I already had 9 packages I didnt order.

I took them to Ontario Company left them there. I already talk to my BANK, hope it fix that matter, get my money back thank you!!

Unauthorized repeat deliveries.

I wanted to try product. I went online and purchased what I thought was a single purchase.

However, when trying to make single purchase was navigated through site and some how ended up with repeated schedule deliveries I did not want or intentionally request. I looked up phone to call as it is not listed, was referred to site to set acct did not want, found it very difficult to cancel subscription, continued requesting then demanding the subscription be cancelled.

After several days it appears the subscription has been cancelled and scheduled deliveries. The whole experience has been horrible an only enforced why I dont like purchasing online.
