We're Andrée and Rashad, founders of RYZE , and we're here for a very simple reason: we want to feel amazing every single day. To wake up excited, purposeful, and ready to tackle whatever life throws us. We want to feel this way, and we want you to feel this way, too. The idea for RYZE sparked years ago when we were undergrads at Harvard. In those days, we were stressed and not treating our bodies or minds well, and hand-in-hand with that went our heavy coffee consumption. As we got older, this habit continued into our professional careers, and our mornings were as good as gone. We'd wake up feeling tired and unexcited, a bit dead inside, and needing another (and another) cup of coffee just to get us to the end of the day. Soon we started thinking about how we could turn this around. In our search, we stumbled upon the amazing power of medicinal mushrooms. We mixed them into our coffee and experimented endlessly. Soon we landed on the daily ritual that made us feel better, think better, and do better. Success begins each morning. RYZE is here to open that door for you. Welcome to your new morning ritual.

Didn’t know I was signed up for a subscription and the first 2 bags I got were under $20 and I got the last one it was over $40 so no more Ryze for me.

I tried to get it returned and they basically said too bad that I had agreed to a subscription so live and learn.

Resolved: Ruse delivered to wrong address and put me on monthly delivery when I clicked box for 1time purchase

I contacted customer service to let them know I had moved and they assured me the delivery of my one time purchase would be delivered to correct address

Then a few days later was notified that I was set up for monthly delivery

I had clicked box for one time purchase

Now running in circles to get corrected and have found it is impossible to talk to a human being

My daughter order me the product last month she got confused it was not a monthly thing they charge me $80 this month I didnt wanted to be a monthly subscription please cancel me & refund my money please I can not afford to pay I need my money to be refunded thank you I just wanted to try the product & maybe in the future buy more

A return of 2 orders

Cancel my subscription

When I initially made my order I just wanted to try it and I didnt know that I had signed up for a subscription. So I was shocked when I received another package and found out that I had subscribed.

Hi Kathie, thank you so much for your feedback! While mushrooms aren’t naturally water soluble, we’ve worked really hard to make RYZE as dissolvable as possible. A tip that might help is to add RYZE into your cup before the water, then let the mixture sit for about 30–60 seconds before stirring. This gives the powder a chance to break down first. If you have a mini electric frother, that can also help mix it more smoothly right from the start.
We absolutely can’t wait for you to give it another try if you’re up for it! In any case, please know your subscription is already canceled, and no further charges will be made.
